Jon’s financial services experience goes back to 1994 and as well as working for the last 17 years in senior compliance management positions, he has also been a financial advisor and training & competence supervisor.

Jon provides regulatory and training and competency oversight for our business to help support the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Level 3 Certificate in Financial Planning and Lifetime Mortgage Activities
This caters for the regulatory examination needs of anyone who advises on investments, standard mortgages and lifetime mortgage products. Its availability reflects the growing importance of equity release in the UK financial planning market and the requirement for advisers to hold an appropriate exam.
CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)
The industry benchmark qualification for mortgage advisers is recognised as a mark of excellence and professionalism. Individuals attain the required understanding of mortgage policy and practice and how to effectively apply this when advising a customer.
