Qualifications

ER1 (Equity Release)
This examination assesses a knowledge and understanding of the different types of equity release products, risks to the consumer associated with equity release and application of suitable equity release solutions according to the circumstances of different customers.
CeSRE (Certificate in Supervising in a Regulated Environment)
This qualification seeks to recognise and develop the essential competencies needed for the role of supervisor. It is a first step to management for those who wish to accelerate their career.
FPC (Financial Planning Certificate)
A recognition offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute in the United Kingdom. Individuals who hold this qualification have satisfied coursework and testing requirements set by the organisation.
CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)
The industry benchmark qualification for mortgage advisers is recognised as a mark of excellence and professionalism. Individuals attain the required understanding of mortgage policy and practice and how to effectively apply this when advising a customer.
