About Us

Our clients are often complex, high-net-worth individuals and families — and we love the challenge that brings. We work closely with a network of trusted external professionals, including solicitors and accountants, to deliver seamless, holistic advice. It’s technical, rewarding work where you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, curiosity and precision.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner who thrives on variety and depth. You’ll work alongside our Financial Planners to research, analyse and craft high-quality recommendations — the kind that make a real difference to clients’ financial lives.

You’ll dig deep into detail, build accurate cashflows, prepare compliant written advice, and liaise directly with clients to gather and clarify information. No two days are the same, and the technical challenge is genuinely stimulating.

What You’ll Do

Analyse complex client situations and create clear, compliant financial planning recommendations.
Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
Prepare cashflow models and reports using the latest tech.
Keep your knowledge sharp with ongoing learning and exploration of new trends and planning opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Financial Planners, Administrators and external professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Proven paraplanning experience in a busy advice environment.
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Confidence to think independently and challenge ideas constructively.
An inquisitive mind and a genuine passion for technical excellence.
